WHAT IT WON’T DO

Good to know

Nothing ships: no jars, ingredients or printed labels. Printed colors vary by printer and paper. This isn’t a halal certification, so check the ingredients you buy. SVG text is outlined, so names can’t be retyped.

Questions, answered

Will the labels fit my jars?

Rounds come in 2, 2.5 and 3 in, and rectangles in 2 × 3 and 3 × 4 in, for regular- and wide-mouth lids, pints and quarts. A size chart and an actual-size check page are included.

Do I need a Cricut, an app or an account?

No. Open the PDF, print on a home printer and cut with scissors or a circle punch. Cricut and Silhouette users get PNG and SVG files too.

What paper or label stock should I buy?

Matte or waterproof sticker paper for labels, and 80–110 lb kraft or white cardstock for tags and cards. Inkjet prints last longer with a clear matte sealant; laser prints don’t need it.

Which Avery sheets work?

The download has Avery-format sheets for 2 in round labels (22807 layout), 3⅓ × 4 in labels (5164 layout) and 2 × 3½ in cards (8371 layout), each with an alignment test page. Print the test on plain paper first.

Is there A4 for outside the US?

Yes. Every mix has full A4 sheets alongside US Letter, and every recipe gives grams and °C next to cups and °F.

Are the recipes halal?

They’re written without gelatin, alcohol, rum or liqueur flavors, pork or lard, and use alcohol-free vanilla powder. Brands vary, so check your chocolate, bouillon and peppermint candies. This isn’t a halal certification.

Have the recipes been tested?

Not yet in our kitchen. Each one gives exact cups and grams, the layer order and a fill line, so fill and bake one test jar before you make a dozen.

Can I add my name or change the text?

The designs are print-ready, not templates to edit, so there’s nothing to set up. The hang tag has a “From the kitchen of” line, and the back card has best-by and allergen lines to write on.

How long do the mixes keep?

Each card gives a best-by guide of 1 to 6 months depending on the mix, stored sealed in a cool, dry, dark place.

Can I sell the filled jars?

Not with this license. It covers personal use and gifting. The files themselves can never be shared or resold.

Will the download work on my phone?

Yes, but the full collection is large. On a phone, grab one style’s ZIP or the sheets-and-guides ZIP. iPhone: tap the ZIP in Files. Android: open Files and choose Extract.

How long does my download link work?

48 hours after purchase, so save the files to your device. If it expires, email us and we’ll send a new one.
