Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Spoonfern collects when you visit this site or buy from us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. Who we are

Spoonfern (“we”, “us”) sells downloadable printable files through this website. If you have any question about this policy or your information, email support@spoonfern.store.

2. Information we collect

When you buy: your name, email address, billing country or address, and the details of your order. Card and payment details are entered directly with our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

When you contact us: your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.

When you subscribe: your email address.

When you browse: technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies used by our website platform.

3. How we use it

To process your order and send your download link and receipt.

To answer your questions and help with printing or download problems.

To send emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

To keep the site and checkout secure and to prevent fraud.

To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

4. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)

We rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver what you bought), legitimate interests (to run, secure and improve the site and answer messages), consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time) and legal obligation (for tax and accounting records).

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the shop: our website host and online store platform (Hostinger), the payment provider shown at checkout, and email delivery services. They may use it only to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If we add advertising or analytics tools in the future, such as a Meta or Google pixel, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the site, cart and checkout to work. Our platform may also use cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site, such as checkout, may stop working.

7. How long we keep it

Order and payment records: as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually up to 7 years.

Support emails: up to 2 years after your last message.

Subscriber emails: until you unsubscribe.

We delete or anonymise information when we no longer need it.

8. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where the law requires it, they use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

To make a request, email support@spoonfern.store. We may need to confirm your identity first. We reply within 30 days, or within the time your local law sets. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

This site is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this page.
